welcome to the club...and it took you more than half a year to post once!haha anyway..i have the VIS hood..good quality...just make sure you knwo that your not saving a whole lot of weight here..maybe like 2-3 pounds...its only for looks...heres a link to my thread from a while back...

well, it's probably not going to save you any weight if that is a concern.

yup, once i get soem extra cash, im going for a vented hood. in the mornings i can see heat rising from around the cracks. i know that a vented hood will save me some cooling issues here in az...
