I'm looking to buy a carbon fiber hood, however instead of looking through millions of posts trying to find the different ones I thought we could start a thread with pics of all the different carbon fiber hoods that are out for our 8's. So if you have a pic of a cf hood post it here. Try to not double post pics of the same hood.

hey mike, where'd you get you CF hood? that's pimped! I have the same color as yours. hopefully you can fix the alignment or the fitting of your hood as you don't want that to be flying on your windshield.

anyone ever tried the ebay hoods i've heard they are kinda hit or miss i've seen some descent ones and i've seen some like 3 layer crap ones

Here's mine. It's the oem style hood from VIS. Near perfect quality and their cheap. Well I got mine cheap.

a friend of mine ordered it directly from VIS. He orders alot of hoods from them for his shop so i only paid 250...i think they sell for 400...

we all would varis hood is liek 1g... but were talking about VIS not varis........

 

unfortunately my firends shop closed down.. =(... i think retail is like 4 bills.
