i can see why they sell them for 200$ retail. It's almost not worthign making them, and machinging themdown and then sell them for 40$.
all someone has to do is make a metal mold then you could cast these puppies with just a mild sand job
Only if I still had access to the foundry, I could try to finish my home-made (well made at school) aluminum strakes. I have the unfinished pieces if anyone actually wants them and wants to try to grind them down themselves.
