Question Custom Exhaust Shrouds?

Anyone made these or had them custom made for cheap? I'm looking for some because I've determined the reasoning for my shrouds discoloring is due to excessive heat from the exhaust. My car is 95% of the time stored in my garage, and I only replaced the shrouds about 7k miles ago, and they are already starting to fade. I've done a lot of backroading in that time though, so the excessive heat from the high revs sounds like the only probably cause.

I know Mazda sells their accessory version of the shrouds, but I'm not looking to drop $200 on something that you'd never even know was there in the first place. If anyone has made their own, or knows shops that can make them, please share. Thanks.

i'm not too sure if urethane discolors or not, but i picked up some INGS shrouds on ebay for around 55 bucks. the only thing that i would worry about if you pick them up are them melting, but i don't think you'd have that problem with a borla exhaust cause the tips aren't that big.

^^Yeah but even though they're 3" I believe is the correct size. Anyways, I think from excessive hard driving bringing up exhaust temps, it has slowly caused the shrouds to discolor. If it was from the sun or some other environmental factor, wouldn't the middle piece have the same effects?

Why not try a product like Ultima. I hear it is good at taking excess heat. check it:

never have any issue with my custom shroud for 4 years and neither my OEM or Ings FRP shroud have discoloring issue with RB exhaust before..
