If you want more info on how bad the G35 can be, check out http://townhall-talk.edmunds.com/Web...aMS.0@.ef0b872! And if you want to talk with an owner of the Mazdas, lemme know. :D

Right now I have three cars. A 2003 Nissan Murano, 98 Pontiac GTP and a '94 Mitsubishi Galant. Now, the former, has been an AWESOME car to own in respect to "problems & issues". I've had my Galant since '95 and all I have done is your basic maintainence......oil change, tires, plugs, etc. This car now has 120,000 miles and runs much better than my Pontiac. At the time of purchase , everyone I know told me to buy an Accord or Camry that the Galant was a p.o.s. Well, this p.o.s. has never failed me.
:D
Point of all this babbling is, I buy cars that "I" like, not what I read on the internet. But thanks for the heads-up.
BTW, my kids are really digging all the RX-8 pictures I've been down loading. They seem to be picking the RX over the G.
Maybe I should just let them choose for me. :p

Well, just trying to help.
I didn't just decide not to go with the G35 "because of things I read on the internet" though. I did quite a bit of research AWAY from the internet, and concluded the car had a too high a chance of being a POS. Point being, I listed the link just to give you an idea that there is a lot of negativity from people who bought them, and thought you might like to know.
Ah well, just my 2 cents. Probably worth even less.

I have thought about debadging my wb 6mt as well. I want to take all the badges off the entire car and put the rx_8 badge on the back in the center where the Mazda emblem is now. Can you photoshop that?

Do you mean the Efini badges that are for sale here?
I really love that logo...I have it on my FD. However, I THINK they may be a bit small relative to the upside-down-pringles-guy logo Mazda uses now. So, in terms of scale, I'm not sure how it woudl look...

How wide and how tall is the Mazda emblem that comes stock? I can measure the Efini badge on my car and compare. It seems to be smaller, so at the very least, the posts won't match the holes. Not an insurmountable problem of course, but a bit more effort.
