disposable swiffer dusters for brake dust, anyone tried it?

I'm thinking of giving this a shot, it sounds like it would be a breeze to just dust off the rims every day after driving. the only thing I'm worried about is the pads actually leaving behind some kind of sticky residue that would just make matters worse after a few weeks. has anyone tried anything like this before?
