does the ms wing do anything besides look cool?
you know how the GT wings are supposed to like create downforce or something over high speeds?
does the MS wing do something at like lower speeds?? or is it just for looks?

Yes it does provide downforce at legal speeds. Any spoiler does for that matter. It is adjustable and that is a good thing. You can change your angle of attack to provide more downforce. However, you also increase the drag on the wing when you do this. It all depends on the type of track or road you are on even maybe the road conditions. If you want more downforce make a more aggressive angle of attack. This will provide better down force for faster cornering etc. However, this will make your car slower in straight line top speed. So if you are just using the spoiler for street use, Yes you will have downforce at any speed. Downforce is created at all speeds for that matter due to the design of the wing. The faster you go the more downforce you get. Due to the airfoil design of the wing will always create downforce. When the wing is at its most neutral position It creates good downforce with minimal drag. So for street this would be the best position for you to use.
Some people think you need this huge wing to make good down force. Yes the more area of space you have creating downforce does make more. However a spoiler in a nut shell can be thought of an upside down airplane wing. All wings use this basic design to create lift. This same concept was use on vehicles by flipping the airfoil design to create downforce. If you notice the wings a passenger jet they seem small to lift such a big body and weight of the passengers on the plane. The airfoil design creates a great deal of lift with a small area. That is why you see alot of car designs with small spoilers not only because they want to keep a sleek sort of neutral design of the vehicle and not want such a huge wing. Its also because they simply do not need much wing area to create suitable DF for the vehicle. Also, the effectiveness of a spoiler depends on where it is in relation to the boundary layer of air on the rear of the vehicle. Some vehicles like WRX's and EVOs use a higher wing because as air passes the rear window on those vehicle the passing air does not come back down to the trunk very well so the wing is high to stay in the fast moving air flow to create downforce.
Hope this helps a bit.
OH here is a link to the consepts of lift. This can be used for downforce as well just upside down.
