Ebay Eyelids

I would like to post my experience with the ebay seller thera.emon eyelids. The eyelids are what seem to be Magic R replicas although the seller did not say that they are. They came from Taiwan but still only took 4 business days to get to me in the midwest. They costed me $45.00 and had free shipping. Whenever I got them they were a little scratched but nothing that ONE coat of primer didn't solve. Very subtle scratches. The fitment was the thing I was most afraid of, and I am here to say, they are perfect. I had them painted for 60 bucks, but that may vary depending on how much your local body shop charges. So i had this done for $105.00. Here is a link to the eyelids.

And here is pictures of them on my car

its the one where the picture of the item is the yellow rx8. either way, you could get the replicas painted off of raceroots for $125 shipped.

so I could spend over 100 dollars more for my eyelids to go down an inch farther, the magic r replicas are plenty aggressive, and cheap too.

either way i didn't buy a carbon fiber sticker, or fake carbon fiber straight eyelids that probably wouldn't fit. So we both did it the right way.

i firmly agree. the precut ones look bad, i actually had a local plastic repair shop make mine. they looked like the KEI and i think i paid like $40 and then i painted them with HVLP & compressor so the paint was only $45.

Just looked up my purchase history on ebay..

I paid $18.99 for the eyelids with $20.00 shipping. They came painted and look great.

the "guy" no longer sells them, im sure if you sent an email out to them, they might be able to start making them again.

His username is ... e.auto.bay2008

Back in Feb I picked up a pair of painted eyelids from audislineclub_uk on ebay. Took about 2 weeks to deliver but the fitment was decent and shipping was marginal.

Cost me $55 Pics are in the TG thread.
