Fender well.

Fender well.
After my accident, I started to notice repairs that seem to be off. The most noticeable one is the paint on the bumper. I know it never matches, but they didn't even try to match it.
My rear bumper looks like a comparison of putting a Titanium Gray on a Sunlight Silver. I took it to a body shop and they point out where there were lumps from the paint running also.
Anyway, My front fender well thing isn't bolted into to place either. They just tucked it behind the gray part of the bumper or something. I noticed that when I was washing and there weren't any screws.
Also, the thing under the front of the car that guides the air into the engine (The plastic black panel, I forgot what it is called) is missing screws and keeps buckling up every once and a while. I have to push it back down, but its never straight and hangs a little bit down toward the ground. The dealer blamed it on me and told me I hit something.
I am not sure whats going on.

I a prob w/ paint as well. After my accident (meaning some old biddy who backed into us in the parking lot), the insurance company fixed the bumper and got it repainted. They did a great job, but now a few months later, the bumper looks brownish. So I contacted the insurance company. The insurance adjuster looked at it and said, "Looks black to me." So I'll have to pay to get it redone again.
I hope you have better luck than I did. I may contact the body shop and see if they'll give me a discount or something.

Insurance companies hate to cover you to get bodywork done at a decent body shop. They shop price, not quality, so you're probably going to have a tough time getting it to look brand new again, but it IS possible if you can find a very good shop.
Before deciding on a shop to get this stuff fixed at, ask to see some of their work. Look for ripples in body panels, mismatched paint (even if it's faintly different, it's still different and you don't want that - it's possible to match paint almost perfectly if it's done right), fitment of body panels and other similar ways to gauge the quality of their work.

I was recommended to a body shop by a friend. The guy does some amazing work. He paints for show & race cars. Most of his paint jobs are +5k. I guess he just doesn't do black...
Ah well, I was looking for a reason to buy the mazda speed body kit anyway.

A Mazda dealer f-ed up your paint? And they won't fix it? I'd be demanding to speak to the general manager/owner. Of course I'm kind of pushy when it comes to dealing with sales/service departments.
I'm assuming that for your accident you went through an insurance company, have you tried going through them and lodging a complaint for faulty work? Usually you'll get betterr luck going through your ins company. The problem with my accident was the other person's company was paying for the work. Any work done to the car post-accident is supposed to restore the car to it's original form, looks like they failed. don't give up man, keep at them.
