I guess that makes sense. Its hard to read past the petty insults to what the person is actually trying to be helpful about.
I do have one more question about the vinyl, is it tough to maintain? Stain easily? General info please, and if possible leave out any insults lol.

Alright thanks for the criticism and not-help, thats obviously what i was requesting.
If i go flat black i want everything to match, so having flat black all over the car then glossy black tint for the eyebrow would look silly.
Its right there on Chickenwafers sig: To Not Take A Risk, Is The Biggest Risk Of All

Do some leg work on your own, go outside and measure your car. Or take it to a shop that does vinyl wraps and get an estimate.

How much better would this thread be if it was " hey everyone look WTF I did and how badass it is" instead of "someone please hold my hand"
Comon dude if you have the drive you say you have then it should be done, or you should have atleast some research to share and then we can discuss,,,

what is the point of this thread besides dissing people with tint and springs. if you want to do it, dont bitch in here or try and play the martyr like everyone just ***** on you, just go do it. you have more than enough information to get it done.

It's whatever. Im gonna TRY to do my hood and trunk by myself. If it works out I'll move on to the rest of the car, one of the NCOs i work with actually owns a paint shop, he said vinyls arent that hard to do, just peel, stretch, stick and compress. Ill measure the hood and trunk later, but from what i gather the site you supplied only sells the vinyl in 58" widths by whatever lengths you need. Ill keep everyone updated.

I think the vinyl would look good right after coming out from the shop, but eventually the environment would get to it. Dust and/or pollen would get stuck in the clean edges where the vinyl was cut and it might start to peel. The you would be really pissed.
Get it painted flat black. I did about 5 minutes of research and found out that you can get clearcoat with a dulling agent to still allow the flat black color of the car to show through.http://www.autobodydepot.net/docs/P-217.pdf
EDIT - I read a little more and found that the dulling agent isn't much of a protective coating for an automobile that sees weather daily. You would have to get it clearcoated an ample amount of times then add a coat of clear w/dulling. - Not personal experience, just what I've read. I have to say though it's gonna be hella expensive, but would be much better than cheap vinyl.

I think I'm gonna skip out on the flat black, hwever i might go full two-tone black and red, which means getting my roof and door pillars painted black as well. I think that will look pretty good.

Yeah, the pillars in between the windshield and the front windows and the pillars between the rear windshield and the rear windows will need to be painted black. My trunk is already painted black.
