Welcome ! What year and mileage on the engine? Did you get an engine compression test done to know the health of your engine? Have you got the maintenance records ? Any issues with the car?

was from a used dealer that gets high quality imports, and only picks the best that it can find, car starts right up no issues, car fax shows all owners had any work except for some oil changes done at a mazda dealer, clutch pedal assembly was replaced by mazda last dec. did my oil change and inspected motor mounts which are still very good shape, 2007, 62k on motor, had dealer run my vin for recalls all if any were taken care of, and mazda still has the new motor warranty till nov 2015, so if the motor goes by then ill get new motor from mazda, so not bad deal, but dont think it will die on me, its my nice day car or take family for a nice drive car. i have my full bridge 7 for real aggressive driving.

new plugs should be in soon, and will be getting the black halo racing ignition system, have to find my castor 927 premix to help with lubracating, and motor will be solid for a good time.

well if you don't feel the need for that compression test, at least you have rotary experience to know how the engine should feel and pull with proper compression. For sure get the BHR kit, wires and plugs in right away. And premix, premix, premix.

That looks awesome, nice! Does your 8 have anything installed on it? Also, I agree with the BHR kit. Get it.
