The trunk is in its final stage of production, if it cures right, then the finish product will be done tomorrow. Cross your fingers guy!

...how soon can I get this trunk (cf w/ cf underside)? my car got keyed last night and I need a new trunk and hood ASAP =(

 

well, they should be working on the trunk this week, and hopefully have the first trunk done. not sure how long it takes till everything (group buy, cranking out orders, etc).

 

ive contacted admins@rx8club.com, pmed zoom44 and omicron, and got no response about how i can get a group buy approved. so i dont know whats going on with the actual group buy right now. anyone that can get in contact with them?

 

UPDATE:

The trunk was done in cf but had a crack in it on the top. another try will be made to perfect the mold and produce a perfect trunk.

I dig that trunk lid...It would be titz in CF.... I think im gonna get that if its available when I get my next RX8.

 

the shop is going to test-fit the first trunk tomorrow. if anything, D_J will be picking up his double side trunk sometime this week.
