If you are referring to the Flying M logo on the front bumper, there are going to be two posts which will need to be removed from the rear side of the bumper. You could try to pull them off from te front, but then you will have two large holes and you may even crack the bumper. If you remove the bumper, you can then use snips to cut the fat part of the posts off (similar to how a rivet fattens), and then the emblem will slide nicely off of the bumper. Of course, you will have two holes in your bumper.....

search, enter "debadging" as your criteria. but since you failed to do that:

front= two posts, can't be "unglued", has to be "unscrewed"

back mazda=same deal

back "M"= same deal

back RX8- no posts, can be heated and removed.

exactly what Canary said....only difference would be my experience with the rear Mazda emblem. I was able to pull this completely off, but then after quickly realizing there was two holes, I put it back. Still hasn't fallen off to my amazement. I was going to wait for it to fall off, and then go to the dealership to get it fixed .
