If you're saying they are both made by MazdaSpeed, you'r probably right.
BUT
If you're saying they are both the same existing design of the MS wing, then you're wrong.
The pix posted by T-X is a one off project by the mazda's engineering team. Unlike the original MS wing, this one has only one piece bolt directly to the trunk lid via the metal stand, the metal stands are covered up exposing only the adjustable bolt. And the wing tips itself are much more arched.
I hope I didn't offend you for correcting you
