Oh no. The shipping was superb. He shipped it UPS Freight and I have never seen something shipped with more care. It cost him nearly 500 to ship it when our previous arrangement was for him to use Greyhound, which would be no more than 150. He did a wonderful job shipping it and went above and beyond.
I am only concerned with the Authenticity of these parts due to their high value and vast number of replicas. I do severely doubt the authenticity of the rear wing base however.

close tolerance fittment is what its all about...if it fits within close tolerence, it can be authentic, some reps are also within those tolerances....you will have to see...looks to be shipped well. my bad....

Nah. Only took about an hour or three![Eyecrazy](https://www.rx8club.com/images/smilies/Eyecrazy.gif)
It literally ended up covering my living room, study, kitchen (and parts of the ceiling) I'll keep finding peanuts in this place until I move out

I'll take a picture of the underside of the wing later today. It is uneven and has varying thickness in portions. I tried double sided tape, but the wing is too stiff for it to hold down. If I do decide to put it on my car, I'll use silicon. I'd rather use my knockoff MS carbon fiber base that I got from Saki instead. It fits better.
Keep in mind it's unpainted, leading me to the conclusion that it's not the real base.

It's dead. I just compared it to Saki's CF wing and his actually has a very good fit. I'll be sporting the CF base and Ti grey wing.
I still would like to know if it's fake. If it is, I'll take it to Mazda this weekend for them to write a formal letter identifying it as fake, then it's off to Paypal.
