I think I sanded through a little of my clear coat. Please help

I believe I sanded through part of my clear coat with 2000 grit sand paper. The area was polished post-sanding with 3M clear coat safe liquid polish.

What can I do to minimize or fix the light spot caused by what I believe to be missing clear coat? I would like to try to do the best i could without a professional repaint as money is tight.

Thank you very much for your help.

Please ignore mismatched touchup paint... that's another story going back to the dealership....

You can put clear over it and try to blend the spot back, but you will have to keep a slightly raised area no matter what you do.
Best bet is to get the improperly filled scratches re-done with the proper color and then re-clear the entire panel.
