If I still had my Titanium...THIS is the hood I'd get for it

Not sure if this car belongs to someone on the forum or if it's been posted before, but I was browinsg cardomain today when I found this car. This probably wouldn't look right with everything else left stock, but I don't think I'd care. What really tops off that custom hood is that they painted the inner buldge black.

Hmm...I wonder how that'd look on a yellow.

you're looking at somewhere between $870-$900. but that's the price they charge me last year's summer, i don't know what it'll cost now. i waited 4 months for this , i ordered it from veilside, they reason it cost so much is that back then they never plan to bring this hood to the usa that's why you won't see it on their website. but i think they do now......

Whats the weight compared to stock. I would love to get this hood, but I don't want to switch to a heavier hood.

Has anyone put this on a MS kit? It should probably fit fine still, right? since the front bumper will match the stock hood properly?

That hood reminds me of that guy's forehead on Star Trek. Sorry I don't know his name, I'm not much of a "Trekie" or whatever.....but I can't help but think about his forehead everytime I see that hood. Hideously disgusting to me, but hey, to each their own. Carry on.

There shouldn't be any fitment problems w/any kit when replacing the hood.

If I was held at gun point, and forced to get an aftermarket hood for an 8, that would be the one. By far the best looking one out there, but far from the best it could look.
