wow...looks well done...at least at this resolution...make sure to show us some pics of it installed....Mines black and I'm considering this mod...but the future wife doesnt like the look of the vents...

Are the vents open away from the windshield or toward? They look away, and it seems like that would make it harder for the air to flow through than if the vents opened in the direction of the windshield.

The vents are angled toward the windsheild, and are designed to let heat rise out, not force air into the engine bay.
Oh, one request. (pretty) PLEASE (with sugar on top?) weigh both the CF and ALU hoods and post it in this thread (both with the mounting support, so we get a "true" weight)... it'd greatly help my peace of mind to know each weight. Thanks...

Okay thank you. It makes more sense and I agree that the vents should open toward the windshield to let air out of the engine. From the photo it looked like the vents opened away and that confused me. Thx :D
