hey trigg isnt this the same style hood as the r magic but for way cheaper.............originally i was suppose to get the R MAGIC until i saw this....... prolly lighter than the R MAGIC cuz its CF..............

sorry i will post some pics up. and D1 GT this hood isnt very light with the rain brackets its 25 lbs. and the oem is 21. w/o the bracket it would prob be equal. kinda sucks. i will get another in about a month or so with a company i work with so yeah. this is untill then. =) sorry i will post some pix when i have time!

yea.....i don't wanna sound like a noob....but.....yea...if i get a CF hood with vents similiar to that one.....would the rain or snow get in and damage ****?

do the caps complete block out the vents? or stop most of it or what? i remember seing a vented hood and on the back you can see a path type route where the water would flow through if it got in the vents... it was pretty neat...
trig its longer then a month... still getting that new hood? lol

TRU681...I took the picture, so I can tell you that from the outside it fits well. Most lines match up, but as with many other aftermarket parts, it doesn't line up perfectly on the passenger side near the front (where the bumper and hood meet). The front set of vents go through to the hood and have that wire mesh...the top set of vents are "false vents"..they do not go through.
