Led's in headlights. R8 style.

I am seeing if anyone would like the led's in their headlights. I will be able to do it for whomever would like it. You would just have to send me your headlights. I can do any color but if you want to stay legal go with white. If you would like it PM me and I will give you the price that I have been doing it for.

I have tinted headlights, so if you dont it will be brighter.

Yea I had just my bulbs hanging and just temporarily taped them to the bumper while I was putting in the lights. Never got in trouble for it.

I can do dual color leds with 2 different switches. You can have them on at the same time or at different times.

I'm not going to lie, i was very biase before opening the thread because so many have tried this and it looked cheap and ackward. But yours does indeed look very clean and stock, good job on the install.

I think we're not thinking about the same thing.

Are you talking about 2 separate LED strips? Wouldn't the one in the back be "hidden" behind the one in the front?

I was thinking about a single strip where each LED could light up as 2 colors (not sure how possible that is).

Whoa! Dude have you already ordered my parts?? Cuz that dual blue and white LED combo with 2 switches sounds sick. If you've already ordered the parts and it can't be changed that's fine, but the blue and white w/ 2 switches sounds so much better. Will I have to pay any extra $?

I did the tints myself, very easy. Take off the headlights, clean em up, spray, and clearcoat.

In the interest of others wanting to see what smoked heads look light, here y'all go.
Keep in mind, I was ticketed for my tails being too dark, but they did not mention my heads...IDK if it's because they just were being nice, or if these really are legal. But imo, they give out just enough light to be safe, I would DEFINITELY not go any darker than this...However, the darker they are, the better they look...

(last pic is a little fuzzy/off-colored...not sure why)

Ya i like the look of my eyelids quite a bit.

These are the ones I got...they're hand-laid fiberglass so it took about 8 days for them to make and then about 4 days for shipping...so almost 2 weeks...then I had to paint them...but definitely worth the wait
