Does anyone know if anyone still makes this hood scoop?

 

It's a neat concept, but I don't see it being that effective. Can't say I've seen it before either.

 

I found it on the forums. I believe the idea is that it is either for looks or used as a hood vent. I would obviously prefer the latter. Someone used to make it, but it looks like they are no longer in business. the last time I could find one for sale on the forums was 2009 IIRC. If it would help, I can list some links to some info I dug up about it.

From these I've been able to gather that a place called hookup shop retailed them a long time ago. I'm just trying to see if anyone knew where I might be able to dig one up.
