More Carbon Fiber? Again!
Well finally picked up the final piece of carbon fiber for my exterior in the form of a carbon fiber trunk. Some of you guys may not like it, but I think it ties in perfectly with my overall theme, not to mention it only weighs 7 lbs. Yes boys and girls 7 pounds.
Here's a picture of the stock trunk w/ wing on the scale:
yes, it weighs in at 18lbs, pretty light to begin with, but 18lbs vs. 7 lbs. do the math.
Here's a picture of the scale with the new carbon fiber trunk, 7lbs:
Thanks to NGORX8 for helping out with the install and special thanks to WIng5 for the great pictures.

Looks good, I miss my civic Coupe with that setup. Have you thought about painted the roof black in between the rain gutter thingys to set it off more?

DEEDUBB,
1) Trunk looks great, I like!
2) Get your rest now, you'll be a zombie once the baby arrives.
3) Did you see my other post about the Recaro seat? Make sure you have a rear facing infant seat for your newborn. The Recarco child seats that I've seen were all front facing for 18 lbs and up.
