hi....i own an 04 velocity red rx8...and last saturday i had an small accident so my front bumper is partially damaged.....and now i am planning to install a full sets of mazdaspeed style body kit.....can anyone here help me figuring out approximately how much would the parts+labor gonna cost? since im first time doing this kind of stuff...............and also if instead of having a bodykit , i choose to simply restoring factory bumper...how much would the cost be?..............thx a lot for help

btw i saw some 5-600 mazdaspeed modykit on ebay....any one got an idea abt their quality?

The full kit minus the spoiler will cost you about $2500 for an authentic. I'm a true believer in "You get what you pay for." You may find a $600 kit on ebay, but by the time you get it fitted somewhat close to good, and get it painted somewhat close to match, you've spend about $1500 on that.

 

while the real ms kit is expensive you get a really nice product if you think that it will be too much just restore yours or get a new stock front

 

the stock bumper cost around 330 but you need paint and labor to put on, so is close to 800. for 1288 you could get a mazdaspeed front bumper which is painted already, just need labor to put it on. 3475 for every thing here is the web for it. http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...82&startrow=21

 

is it that hard to install the bumper youself?

 

front bumper is very easy.

 

if its a authentic one then its really easy. if youve ever removed the stock bumper its the exact same thing
