Well, I posted a few pics up a while ago on a seperate thread, but well Since I finally got the car about 95% done I figured its time to make a post on the new paint.

well, as much as I love the red you had going on, I'd say this looks pretty damn good! What about the front bumper?

The secodnary choice of paint was going to be Evil Valentine- Black with Red Pearl...

 

I like the color but the car looks too busy. I also don't like repainted cars when they're not stripped down, sanded etc.

Looks great. Like RX*Soldier I really liked your setup in VR, but the matt is equally awesome.

With the gold rims it's starting to remind me of Smokey and the Bandit. (Age revealer)

 

Need better pics. Did you paint the CF hood?

 

Looks good. Is the front bumper not finished cause it looks like it doesn't match. I'm assuming that's the other 5% you're talking about.

 

Exhaust is custom made.. or as my friends and I like to call it... Grannulli brand. Haha its from Speed Racer.
The front end is painted to match I think its just the lighting as usual, I use my phone for the pics because for some reason my camera wont stay on for more than five minutes.
The gold wheels.. Haha, I have a few set of wheels, and every one has their favorites, I just like my tires on the Golds..
And no, no painting of the hoods, Flat Black and Carbon Fiber, haha Just like my Pumas

I used the same quote not but a month ago. I read this and laughed. Just thought I'd share. I guess I'm showing my age as well.....37 going on 16.

 

Op I associate a matte black finish with stealth. That being said I'd paint your calibers black and get those rims powder coated black. Then your **** will be ****!

 

personally i don't like matte black... but, as long as u like it that's really all that matters

 

Too many different colors going on. Matte black, CF with clear, gold wheels and yellow brake calipers. I see the VR paint. Did you paint all the jams and under the hood and trunk?

 

For a free paint job, with dent removal and shavings of emblem and spoiler... I dont mind that my brother left the jams red.. it helps match to the roll cage. Haha, which is red and black..
But I had an incident where a deer came out and hit my car, so that was the whole reason for everything becoming a different color.
Just gotta get that headlight and make sure i pulled the support area out to the right distance and hope everything fits. Haha

id sell your gold and white rims and pickup something stealth thats also wider.

Would look much better if you had a nice set of wheels. Those throw the look of the car off completely.

Not feelin' the sideskirts or the wheels (go figure, ima wheel junkie )

I do have a wider set, but they are the same design as the gold wheels.. Haha, Come on guys Im not made of money! Haha.

Rear Bumper is the stock, Sides are Abflug, I've always had those bad boys, I have the Abflug rear, just i need to go pick it up from when i was backed into.
Ill look into some wheels, I mean I was thinkin new suspension... but i guess a fourth set of wheels will be good too. Haha.
