BC Nasty swirl marks.

I attempted to take out a scratch on my hood with a rubbing compound that states on the label " safe for clearcoats ". Actually it was not safe at all, the scratch is stil there and the surrounding area has noticable swirl marks, any suggestions as to how I should remove the swirl marks ? Thanks.

exactly, the pic i posted was after SwirlX and TechWax 2.0. Make sure you take your time and you'll see where all that time went.

Ya u can use a machine polisher but I like hand waxing cuz the machines are such a pain to get the material off cuz it melts it into the paint. It lasted longer but u can get more detailed by hand and a good about of compounds and pressure. Deticate a Saturday and u will love the reults.
