OK. Per some of the previous and recent conversation on this thread, I took some pics today. The differences in the pics are dramatic. You tell me which is the true color.

First, a pic of the armrest sitting on the hood in direct sunlight, but in the shade of my shadow. No touch up here, that's how close it looks.

 

Now here's the same "pose" from the side reflecting the sun into the camera.

 

Here's one with the sunreflecting across the camera's view.

 

And here's one with the sun at my back. Notice the wide variations in the different pictures and even the band of colors on the hoods/bumpers curve across all pics.

 

Is there anyone that can take similar pics with a red interior and red exterior. I realize finding a part that is removable for the pic probably means an aftermarket shift **** or arm rest. But I'd love to compare.
