Just ordered a Pair of the side Aero Flares sunday, they shipped out today. only thing that really bugs me about these guys is they talk to you like they dont really care for customer service to much, i called the shipping department to get my tracking info and when the guy answered i got a "what" then he said it shipping out monday and gave me some tracking number that didnt even work. But i talked with the main guy named "big ed" and he got it sent out today so ill show pics when i get em thrown on

I just got side flares from them today in Ti Gray and they are new in the box as advertised. Sorry about anyone whose gotten repainted stuff, that sucks. This is my second positive purchase with them though. I'll post up some pics when I get them installed.

I received splash guards from them last week. Just too cold and busy to install them. Anyway, I am somewhat disappointed in the paint. I will try to buff out a mark on one of the guards. The other one has a spec of raised dust. I will not return them because I doubt you will be able to notice once mounted.

Both splash guards came wrapped in plastic with instructions and what ever is needed to install them.

Yeah I ordered the entire Aero package from them... very cheap and pretty easy to do. I'm just lacking the install for the side flares! Good luck!

Yea, sadly VR is not an easy color to duplicate because of the tri-coat process. Sadly I had to escalate my claim with PayPal to dispute my purchase. They received the product back over a week ago and I still have not seen a refund. This has been been drawn out for far too long.

Angry Warning!

Son of a bitch. Only had mine on a couple of days and I'm already getting paint chipping off on the leading edge and it's bright Lighting Yellow underneath the Ti Gray. Looks like I've been suckered too.

The splash guards take a beating too, if it's yellow underneath it'll be showing in no time. I just emailed them and complained, but told them if all they have are repaints I'll exchange for a new set and get them wrapped in 3M clear bra before installing. **** I already drilled holes in my car!

i bought my front air dam and rear aero flares from them a few months ago.. i've had them on since and the paint matches perfectly and they have held up well so far.

mine was velocity red.

as someone else said though.. these guys are really asses tbh.. they don't really care.. they hadn't shipped out 1 week after I paid them so I called about 5 times and everytime I would get something different excuse.. in the end I recieved it all almost a month later.

all new stuff as far as it looked.

Well, I talked to them on the phone this morning and they seemed very eager to help, so I'm going to reserve judgement for the time being. I'm not sure if I buy the excuse that the parts were purchased from a going-out-of-business Mazda dealership as is because he also said he could paint parts there. But he said that he will try and find some non-repainted parts and if he can't he will have a set repainted with primer and clearcoat. Stay tuned.

Interesting. Any chance you mentioned other people you know have concerns? Will he cover the cost of shipping the parts back and sending the replacements?

Well I guess he accepted my offer on the front guards, so I'll get them in a week or so. I'll test it before putting it on the car by taking a chip off the back and if there's a color underneath it I'm sending it right back.

I didn't mention other people having issues because I'm sure he would just use the same excuse. He is paying for all shipping costs. I'd suggest testing the back side like Ross_Dawg and see if there is yellow underneath.
