Outter Headlight haze help

Ok i was needed some help on this one both of my headlights on the outside has some type of haze on them or something and to me it make me anoyed just by looking at it. i was wonder should i just go ahead and replace them out or does some one have any suggestions..

um from the pics it looks like water haze. Cant you get like a blow dryer and heat it up lol. If thats pollution why dont you use meguiars plastX i heard it works good.
Is that from outside the lens or inside?

yes it located on the outside i tried the plastic wax i had on luck.

I tried that plastx **** and it did not work at all for minor scratches.

I had something on my headlight that looked like that. I thought it was from water on the inside, but I rubbed it with my finger with some force and some came off. Must have been soap residue or something from when I got it washed. But I got it all off with a cloth just rubbing it.

Oh my cars lights are just like that. I used Braso and PlastX and a lot of rubbing. It shined up the lights really good, but unfortunately revealed to me that that **** is on the inside.

Worse yet. That haze is neither inside nor outside. It is in between the two layers of plastic that comprise the headlamp lens. It cannot be removed.

Replacing the headlamps can get expensive.
I was quoted $1200 each for the HID assemblies. I've heard they are available for as little as $600 each, but I have yet to find a dealer that will give that price.

^I got mine replaced under warrenty so good luck... maybe you can do the same
