Finally got it done, for those following the saga of my Shinka's first dent follow this link.

Well today I had an appointment with DentKing of Boca Raton, FL to have this blemish taken care of. Kevin was very professional, shop is clean, no queue. He took the car right in and worked on the dent. When he was finished you could not see the dent at all. Even I know where to look for can't see any trace of it. Truly excellent job. The only possible spot on an otherwise good work was a slight hit on the edge of the rubber weatherstrip along the door from his tool, very minor and fixable. He was nice enough at least to own up to it.

BTW, the dent cannot be accessed through the window gap so he had to drill a small hole along the door frame underneath the rubber strip to gain access. He covered it up with a metal grommet after and I'll use some touch-up paint to cover it up later. Since its under the rubber strip its invisible. I know of another PDR company that their method is to remove the interior door panel to get to the dent and IMO this lead to problems later with loose panels and squeaks son I'm happy with the result.

Totla price comes to $75 flat rate.

 

Wow, thats not a bad price to fix a dent.
