Practical Hood Questions
I'm looking towards the Seibon KS-style hood. But I wanted to ask some practical quesitons concerning any aftermarket hood with vents.
- Car washing and rain/water in general - Not at all good for a hood with additional holes in it?
- Seasonal weather and snowy winters terrible for ventilated hoods (as in, keep the stock one too)?

yea, i live in AZ and this morning at 7 am, i could see the heat rising from around the sides of my hood. i think to myself....... man a vented hood would rule. i bet it could keep the temps in the engine bay down 100 degrees if i had one. this will at least translate into longer engine life, especially here in arizona.. anyhow, i wondered about that too. also im not crazy about the idea of having a carbon fiber hood, red and carbon just dont go that well together.
