Problems Installing Tein Hood Dampers- Need Help
Hey guys I need some help. When I was installing my Tein Hood dampers, I overtightened the ball joint bolt and it snapped. 
Where can I get a replacement besides Tein? Are they a universal size or is it custom? I plan on contacting Tein for the part but wanted to see if there is a cheaper and easier alternative. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

man ... the same thing happened to me the first time i installed,,, I went back and read the direction sand there it was a torque spec,,, whod a thunk it...Luckily the shop I go to is a Tein distributor and they swapped the enitre kit and ordered a new one and charged me just for the ball socket... I would just be patient and order a new one, If you had another type it might offset the hight as well as look funny,,, sorry man that blows,,, been there, done that.. GL
