RE Amemiya got a lot of things going on at the moment, they are working on atleast 6-7 cars right now that need to be finished, just in time for Tokyo Auto Salon 2010.. Which is coming in less than 2 weeks, January 15, 16, 17 (Fri. – Sat. – Sun) 2010. So, when the time comes, everyone will see the finished product.
"RE-雨宮 have released their line up for the 2010 Auto Salon.
Their headline car is a "Super 7" But thats not an RX-7. Its a custom Lotus 7 but still with an NA Rotary.
FD wise, the green newly crowned "Mao" Touge Monster Boost Up Number 9. The Blue Genki 7 will make an appearance. The ART Factory Strikers 7 will be there, too.
Enkei sponsors RE-Amemiya, so look forward to some new rims. The PF-01 or PF-02 should get a look in somewhere.
Others include, the New street 8 version II and the Turbo RX-8 (RAZO car) will be there, along side a most exciting D1 entry.. The new black M7 Toyo Tyres RX-8 running a 13B Turbo with NOS."

I must have funny taste because IMO it looks just as ugly as all their other wannabe boy racer kits those canard type fins are really dumb
I still say the Fabulous kit is the best looking for the RX-8, nice smooth lines, but I already know that the OP thinks it's lame .....

I feel as if the canards are too similar to the lower lip, making it look too busy.
either way, though, glad to see new products being rolled out for our V1's

Couple of other things that RE Amemiya has been working on.. A new side mirror, that's not excessively/drastically different than the oem side mirror. But however it is 10 millimeters higher, so it makes it easier to see.. Also, a new hood and side skirts are finished. Just remember guys, all these new things could be a up-coming prodution items, or they're only custom stuff for their project cars. My bet is that all these things will definitely become into production as soon as they're displayed off at the TAS 2010.
