i did that diy a few months ago and it started to look bad after seeing it up close alot.
im such an idiot for not lookin at rx8 strakes.
i thought there was an offical "optional mazda accessory" that provided this?can anyone answer that?

u can buy it from any local car accessory shop, or ebay. its "chrome mould" which has adhesive double sided tape on it, so u just stick it on. I had it on my 8 for about yr and half and no problems ever. went on firm, never lose when id wash the car etc. still on my bumper (well sitting in the spare room anyway, since i got new rear bumper). i did it myself, was a bit tidious at first cuz i was shaking with nerves when sticking it on hehe
