I wanted to debadge the rear end as well since it looked "too busy" with three badges in such close proximity to each other.

It's a fog light gambit. Not offered in the U.S. but standard in other countries. You can buy just the foglight or the entire wiring harness from 3rd party vendors and try to install yourself. A search on rear foglight will show lots of interesting variations people have went to get it installed. I got mine installed with another board member with the harness so all the "logic" regarding how it turns on and under what circumstances is retained. The only drawback, their is no console cluster indicator, but another savvy member routed his fog to to his "lighted" shift ****, so it glows when the rear fog is on....

Looks like he painted the hubs and calipers and added an rx-8 stencil. Check the vendors forum I think Polak sells them.

He painted them himself using a decal to either outline the logo or as the logo.

I'll have pics to post soon. Everone who has seen it has always notices the gold accents. I've only seen it on other '05 models on both black and white colors. "It gives it a unique look" I've been told. I hate to change it as I have come to really like it,but finding other gold accents to coordinate has been difficult. I was told by the delearship that Mazda will only make a certain number of these.

Cool Alberta Emblems

This what we did, we removed the mazda, filled the holes with silicon, no rust or water getting in... Then pasted the RX8 where the Mazda was. A little less busy

Liscensce is phony. Don't give us a hassle it was a joke.
