I would say bad idea just because it is a limited edition. It doesn't seem to me really that the Shinka was made for modding, but that's just me.

Yeah, a shinka should stay shinka otherwise it won't be a shinka.

i think the shinka is classy because of its interior that this seibon hood is far too aggressive anyway.

I think it will actually look nice, but to keep with the classiness of the Shinka, paint the Seibon to match the rest of the body.

Personally I wouldn't buy it for the carbon fiber, I'd buy it for the looks. I think MikeB is a great example.

Just buy that bad boy, take it to a bodyshop and give them your paint code. Take plenty of pics too!

I think quite a few people have done it, however you may want to check with the bodyshop and get their opinion.

I say go for it. It's your car, do what you want. Just keep the original hood in case you don't like the end result. If it's something your not too sure of and worried about the cost of painting CF you can always try and find something you like in fiberglass and have it painted.

Its your car! I have the Shinka myself and I have changed the body kit intake and exhaust and downpipe for it. Will be doing alot more to it.
