just wondering why the guys on here havent gotten a group buy going with shineauto on a full ms kit for our cars??? if any doesnt know him by now he is the best of the best and we could all have high quality kits made since mazda doesnt make them any more, and we wouldnt break the bank either, just wondering what you guys think???

 

I have seen a few shine bumpers in person on RX-8's, FC's, and FD's, fitment as shipped is pretty poor IMO, they may be better than other knock offs but far from perfect.

 

nothing is ever perfect but his stuff fits as close to original than any other kits out there, just figure id see what everyone thinks, but guess not to much of it.

 

I can spot a replica a mile away. Everyone has their own opinions but a buddy of mine bought bought a Shine front (Autobahn rip off) last year and the fitment around the corner lights was absolutely horrible. Sure, a good quality auto body guy can make it fit nicely most of the time but by the time you factor in that time and costs. you could have just gotten a legit bumper.

That said, what you consider to be legit is debatable. Mazdatrix has a good rep but my buddy had their bumper on his 2010 and it took the body shop a lot of time to get it fitting right.
