Should i buy this MS bumper?

I have an opportunity to buy this new Mazdaspeed bumper at a great price. The only catch is that it is damaged

The supplier thinks this is fixable with a hot glue gun, but I am no expert in this area. Do you guys think this is fixable and how much is it going to run me to fix this?? Will I see a huge problem down the road if this is not fixed correctly? Thanks~

what is that piece. Looks like a mounting bracket of some sort, but maybe not. If it is, I don't think hot glue is a very smart idea.

That looks like the right potion front bumper area where the Clear corners should fit... if that's the case, it's possible to repair... but you better reinforce the integrity of the bumper since it'll be dragged down by wind force/gravity. Otherwise that side will start dropping lower.

If you don't buy it, tell the guy I will buy it for that price. Wouldn't happen to be Winning Blue?

get a plastic repair kit, and should be a easy fit.
as mentioned before, it looks like to be the bracket where in side indicator goes, so it will be outout sight once it is fixed.
the plastic repair kit comes with instructions with general info, it should be easy to follow.

I agree it looks like the top front bumper. I also agree that it might be fixable. I am looking to get a MS front, and dont care to much about the looks, just want the bumper.

Can you PM me info, I would be interested in one of these 4 bumpers. for the car, and any other damaged MS parts.

Tommy @ Rosenthal Mazda is the supplier. You guys can email him @ mazdaparts@finishlineperformance.com to find out more. He said he will post them in his forum if/when they can be sold. Thanks~

If its the furthest extent of the bumper (behind the clear corner) then it should be ok. The bit thats broken off doesn't actually do anything. If it were whole, then the oval hole that you can see slides over a raised piece. The actual side of the bumper is held on by the screw that goes up through the clear corner, the bumper and into the wing (fender)

The rest of the weight is taken by the push clips round the wheel arch.
