The Side Skirt Saga Continues.

The Side Skirt Saga Continues.
Ok.
So i had a set of mazdaspeed side skirts put on back in October and I complained to them that there was too large of a gap between the skirt and the body on the left side. They gave me some crap saying all are going to do that. Now, I realize that this is urethane and it may tend to sag over time, but brand new???! I think not. Anyway, I put up with the gap for half a year(present) and just today I was getting out of the car about to wash it and noticed the front left skirt is just hanging on! There is a huge gap where you can see the ground if you look through it. Needless to say this thoroughly pissed me off and I am worried Mazda is going to give me more crap about it being "normal."
I plan on taking it in tomorrow and point out the crap job they did on the whole kit. Maybe if I show them what their work looks like after half a year there will fix the rest of the problems they made. That includes: smaller but noticible gap alongside the right side skirt, large gap between each side of the rear under body spoiler and stock bumper, messed up clear coat from side skirt installation, and they should do this all for free since it is warrantied for a year. Any other tips for me tomorrow? I have to say I have very limited experience when it comes to arguing with service techs.

Pictures?
Keep at them (service techs) but always stick to the issue; never get personal or insulting. Describe the problem clearly and tell them what you think is an acceptable solution.
If you don't get the answer you want then escalate to the service manager, the owner and up through the Mazda escalation chain.

also i would not mention that the sideshirt was hanging off after a drivethru carwash. That will most likely lead to "well the carwash is responsible for the damaged side skirt" answer. Plus the carwash WILL have a sign that says "Not responsible for certain damages"
