to me it doesnt matter. im just happy to be driving an 8. :P i like the looks of it with no spoiler, with the stock spoiler, with the ms spoile, with a lip spoiler. i think it all looks pretty good as long as you dont rice it out.

so here's my advice: DON LISTEN TO YOUR FRIENDS. are they paying for it? no. you are. do exactly what you want. because when you go out of the house and see your car, with a back end that you arent entirely happy with, it will be YOU that is upset. not them. if you want to put a giant airplane wing on your car, hey, i think you are retarded for that. but i didnt pay for it, or the car. so my opinion shouldnt matter.

do what you think looks best.

Buy a second trunk lid and have it both ways. I'm seriously considering this route myself. More sh*t in the garage.

Personally I'm glad I went with the OEM spoiler on my 8. I think on a stock-body 8 the OEM spoiler accentuates the curves nicely, much like a tight pair of jeans on a hot girl

The MS spoiler looks good on more aggressive body kits, and with the MS kit (obviously). That said, I do like the various lip spoiler options as well, if you want something more modest in appearance.

park benches can only work on certain kits as well as cars that are more "GT-like" in appearance

im a park bench fan but I would never put it on a mazdaspeed kit or a stock bodied 8

Thanks for the feedback, guys and dolls. Sounds to me like many approve of spoilers of some size, type, or description with some hardcore purists in there for good flavour.

You guys sound just like the conversation I keep having with my buds. Awesome.

It would be the stock spoiler, btw.

I have the mazda speed rear wing and body kit. The only other one I would consider would be the R-Magic rear wing. But of course its all up to each individual.
