Strakes: need adhesive tape

Strakes: need adhesive tape
Hey, I have stainless steel fender strakes that I purchased from Howard in the UK way back when. I think these might be them:

Anyway, I recently removed 'em, and now I want to put 'em back on. They attach to the fender vents with hardware, but they also came with adhesive tape already attached, the kind with protective paper that had to be peeled off to reveal the adhesive surface. (I think the protective paper was blue?)
Anyone know where I can go, online or in person, to get that tape? I'm guessing it's a particular kind designed for this sort of thing.
Thanks.

LOL. I'm against bling. But my car is the very dark Black Cherry Mica; its many distinctive curves and lines kinda get lost in its darkness if it's anything but bright and sunny out. So the strakes act as just a subtle little accent, IMHO.

But that seems thicker than the tape that originally comes on the stainless steel strakes. Are one of these more appropriate?

Thanks!
