Taking apart a Tail light

NO THERE IS NO WATER IN MY TAILLIGHT!!!!!!

I'm wanting to take off the top plastic on the tail light and sand blast the chrome on the inside and make it black. I tried the oven trick and maybe I didn it wrong? Im not sure, but it didn't work. Anyone have ANY ideas??

Easily could have found this answer, the rears are fused together. So you cant seperate it like the fronts unless you cut it I guess.

^yep

The headlight come apart but not the tail lights. For the tails you would need cut them open and then find a way to seal it.
