You can tint your front windshield in NV? I know you can do the sides and back..but the front? I have never heard of that. I have 35% all around (except the front). I dont' think 20% is enough. 40% however, might be a little dark at night.

I just got 35% all around minus the windshield on my car, it's a bit dark for night time though.
40% may be too dark for windshield, way too obvious and illegal in most states and possibly causes your car to be impounded

I do not have a red 8, actually the silver. I have llumar double limo on the back 3 windows and llumar dark on the front two and a llumar limo strip on the top of the windshield...It is awesome yet very illegal and at 10am it feels like midnight in your back seat!!! If you want I can post pictures of the final product

Ya Limo tint is 5%, 40% would be pretty clear. 20% i'm thinking is a little dark so I might go with 25 or 30.

I have the same color car and was also wondering what shade/color tint would look best. I love the darker windows on the titanium and black, but I've seen **** poor jobs done with cheap tint jobs on reds. I'm looking for something that's a nice blend between looks and practicality.
Does anyone have a picture that they'd be willing to post with a description of the level of tint installed?

Well my car is getting done as we speak. I was originally going to go in this morning and switch it to 30%, but the samples he had looked light as hell. So I went with the 20%/40% combo I originally selected. I'll take pictures later and post them.

Well I just picked it up and I must say, it does look pretty damn dark. Especially the windshield, I thought it would look a lot lighter from the outside. From the inside it's great though, can see perfectly and I didn't even have to put on my sunglasses. I'll go home and wash it tonight and snap some pics tomorrow morning and throw em up on here.
I was surprised at how dark the sides looked. The guy at the shop was too he said it was probably because the windows are so small. It looks almost as dark as limo and it's 20%!
P.S. it's 75 degrees and clear skies, viva las vegas.

I have 20% on my side windows, corners, and rear and 50% on my windshield. I've never gotten a sideways look from a cop, and at night you can see almost nothing inside of the car. Looking out through the windshield is almost the same as stock, but backing up on a dark night is kind of challenging.

It's definately dark backing up at night. The tint guy was amazed how dark the 35% looks on the 8. He said it is due to the limited amount of light that passes through the cars based on the design.
Sorry, no pictures yet. Waiting until Spring when I can get it out and polish it.

Looks sharp! Now I have a tough decision to make on my own car. I have to take my baby to the dealer on Monday to get a couple minor warranty things done, a few accessory items installed, and its first oil change. So I'll make sure to stare at these pictures long enough while I'm without her to hopefully come to a decision what to have done on Tuesday.
