yea but not to nitpicky but you mention it wasn't just the tips. I wasn't debating whether it was or it wasn't "hks" just that it wasn't a "full titanium exhaust" and it was just the tips that was titanium. Either way I can see how it could've been misunderstood

FE3P had his tips riveted on. He has the Legamax exhaust. When he first got the vertex kit he had the tips put in as well, they were a bit too long so he had them shortened, and yes they are a one off.

XDEEDUBBX is correct! He's not called the HKS Junkie for nothing! hahaha
It's an HKS Legamax with 110mm HKS Ti tips. The tips had to be re-angled and extended about 3" in order to fit with the Vertex kit. Attached is the only decent pic I could find! I think kwescott took some better pics a while back.

My God. That is still my favorite 8 to date. So how much were the tips, and where can I get them? I guess I'd really have to find some that taper from 3.5in to 4in.+

I got mine from JIC. They make the full titanium version (the one I have) & a stainless steel exhaust with ti tips (the exhuast pipes that exit the muffler are titanium bolt ons).

yeah, you may have to have some thicker piping welded on first, but it shouldn't be a problem beyond that. Kinda like what they do when you install a muffler that has a bigger inlet pipe than your car's stock pipe.
