Is touch up paint included with the car? The dealer told me that Mazda sends it out, but I have had the car since September and nothing. By the way Happy New Year from St Louis.

 

Did you return a survey sent to you by Mazda? If you did you should received a bottle of touchup paint in a steering wheel shaped package.

 

It took about 2 or 3 months to get mine. Packaging is the coolest thing.

I was treated miseably by the dealer and I think they only informed Mazda that I bought the car. I received no survey even though when I was leaving with the car they told me to give them "good " marks when I receive it. Dealer was Bommarito South in St Louis County. The salesman was a complete idiot.
He told me I get one door remote unless I get the Sport package, then I get 2 ???

I Ended Up Sending An Email To Mazda And They Said They Are Sending Out A Survey And Paint....they Said The Dealer Entered My Address Wrong (but I Got The Recall???)

 

Huh . I called Mazda because I never got the survey , they had the wrong address too . I would love to give my salesman high marks , cause he was awesome ! They said they couldnt resend a survey ...

 

Today I got a white bubble wrap envelope (no cool stee ring wheel box here) with a survey and paint after I emailed Mazda and bitched. End of story.

 

I got my touch up paint about 2 weeks after I took delivery of the car. I didn't fill out any type of survey.

 

no survey here either, got the paint 2-4 weeks, i can't recall exactly.

I don't think this is correct!! Did you get the 2nd remote yet? If not, call MNAO direct and inform them you only received 1 remote. Also, if you need additional touch-up paint, call this same number and they will send you one.
