Paramount, Calif. – (February 4, 2008). VeilSide® USA Inc. renewed its client-part replacement program for 2008. The program features an unprecedented replacement incentive for all original, registered owners of VeilSide parts. Said owners can option to purchase an exact replacement aero part for half-off of the Manufactured-Sales-Retail-Price (MSRP).
Each order that ships out from VeilSide USA includes a product registration card allowing the owner to qualify for the protection plan. Once the card is completed and returned the purchased product is registered. If the registered user damages a part, a replacement can be issued using their 50-percent MSRP credit by calling VeilSide USA directly.
Owners, who did not register their parts, can contact VeilSide USA with a copy of an invoice, proof of purchase or packing slip to receive the registration card. "We hope that our commitment to service and replacement programs will help these consumers reconsider buying imitation VeilSide parts. The program is truly unique and it addresses our commitment to quality and service for our customers," said Raymond Fong, vice president of Sales and Marketing.
"It's very common for our sales team to learn of horror stories from consumers who have chosen to purchase copies instead of authentic VeilSide. Replica parts are poorly made and often require hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars in bodywork and preparation before painting. Unfortunately, copies do not carry any kind of support and the consumer will wind up spending more money repairing these copies than it would have cost to buy an original."
Based in Tskuba, Japan with offices in Paramount, California, VeilSide was formed in 1999 and specializes in automotive fashions that include aero design, engine parts and luxury wheels. Now this is something really nice to see....I love a company that stands behind its products....i just wish i had an invoice or anything but unfortunately i bought it used.....just a thought this might be better seen in the aftermarket body kit section

For the warranty card, we get them here, but you don't get anything sent back to you. We should have your information in the computer database as well as the physical card.
