Veilside Verison 2 Kit
I just started to put on my veilside version 2 kit. Front fit is okay, required some cutting and might need to modify the edges were the bumper and hood meets. The side skirts feels okay as well scrapes the door just alittle. The back bumper is requring me to take off my bumper support -_- i'll post pics once it's painted, right now it looks weird white and blue lol... now i need to find some clean deep dish 19 inch rims -_-

Should look great in blue!
Lin: I may be selling my 19" Volk Racing TE-37's... interested? https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.p...referrerid=619
FYI: Veilside is looking into designing a rear bumper that lets you keep the bumper support.

They should just straighten that upward protrusion in the rear and add additional down fins and make it a real diffuser instead.
I think your exhaust is a little too small too, it looks buried inside the new bodykit. May want to consider getting a bigger one.

I want to get new exhausts, but first i need to take care of 2 door dings -_- got one on each side of the car like a month after i bought it.... what sucks is that both dings are on the body line... gonna be costly to fix... Wonder if anybody knows a good place that does those at a reasonable price in the So Cal Area

Overall, I think the V2 is a good looking kit. The front end is ok, and the side skirts are sweet, but I'm not a big fan of the rear end. I'm installing my V1 kit this weekend, and if I don't end up liking the V1 side skirts once they're on, I may consider using the V2's or the Mazdaspeed's.

well if u want my honest opinion i still do not like that kit .. but its ur car and if u like it thats what important... i prefer lip kits over full body kits though.
question: why didnt u paint the kit before you mounted it?
