Angry Water in Fog Lights?!!!

I installed the oem fogs the other day. Washed the car yesterday, and my passenfer side fog is full of water! Anybody else have this happen to them? Is there a quick fix for this? How the hell do I get the water outta there!

My passenger side fog light lens is busted--the light still works but damn. I have to replace the whole thing--how much did you pay for yours?

The curse of the passenger side fog has sprung amungst is all. :D I bought the whole thing brand new, off a fellow member. And I paid the same as factory price I guess...$260 for the set of fogs and the wand with the switch. Very easy install, took like an hour for everthing.

Water? Anyone?

If I recall the fogs have a air/evap rubber tube that should be pointing down. You probably left it pointing-up, if it rains or you wash the car, it tends to catch water. Once you get significant water in there, it can take months for it to evaporate on it's own. I suggest you clean it out and make sure the rubber tube is pointing down.

EDIT: Is this a factory fog setup? If so then nevermind.. oh.. it is not a curse until I say it's one...

Yeah Brother, it's the factory set-up. No tube then?

I had this problem, and I fixed it. There is a vent tube the was installed backwards from the factory on mine. I took off the fog light and got the watrer out with a hair dryer and flipped the tube around. That was 3 months ago...no problems since then.

^^^ Just like Rasp...
If it's factory, it should have a rubber tube set at a right angle (a rubber nipple for lack of better term). At least mine did, I have an early VIN car so maybe it's changed since then. I ended up getting water in one of my fogs until I realized what I did....

In my above edit I made an error. I meant to say IF IT IS factory then take a look at what rasp and I pointed out.
