Lights.....
I thought this was well understood by now - the higher the 'K' the less light, and more "decorative" the lights become.
Direct ratio, but the loss of actual light doesn't become a problem up to about 6000k.

BTW. According to HIDPlanet.com...."So what is the best bulb out there then you ask? 4100-4300k. It has the most lumens out of all the HID bulbs produced. Thats why car manifacturers still use them today."

I have a DIY on my web site about HID fogs if anyone is interested.
www.trickrx8.com
You can also see the color of the 8000K that I had installed at the time.

There are two shourds in the wheel well. There is one that you need to remove to get to the fog lights which is the lower one. There is another shourd driectly above that, if you remove 4 or 5 of the snaps you can pull it back and reach the back of the lights. It is very simple, you'll see.
