Now before people get on my *** and tell me to SEARCH SEARCH SEARCH listen, i did search and i finally found someone who gave an actual set of numbers for the pins and they said the flying m on the front only had 2 pins... well they were wrong it had 3.... so thinking their was 2 when i get 2 free i just pulled and snapped the 3rd one...

so now im just going to make my own thread and ask because i dont want to deal with that bs when i get to the back emblems tomorrow morning....

PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME THE PIN COUNT SO I MAKE SURE I DONT BREAK PINS ON THE BACK!

 

mazda - 3 holes
front m-3 holes (one pin is small though)
back m -2 holes
rx8- no holes

My daughter broke the last 3 pins off my emblem... stupid me for leaving it out... i have the 3m adhesive bond (not the tape, its a tube) would i still be able to hold the front emblem on still?? Or is my only way out a new front emblem?? It seems like i should still be able to have it hold on with the bond

 

yeah it will hold for a while, make sure its stuck good! you'll have to re-do them every few months. Usually when the spray paint begins to chip its time to re-gule them. I waited too long and my front emblem (no pins) flew off on the free way.
