are you going with the full kit?
just the front? how about side skirts?
If you do just the front on stock height with stock wheels, it'll look a bit funny.

why do you need to get the rear fenders flared?

1. not sure yet, will probably just go for some decent springs to drop it by 40mm. otherwise it will be expensive getting suspension certified to make the car legal to drive in NZ.
2.above
3.ive got 19"x 9 on rearcurrently with 275's on back, had to roll them to stop tyres rubbing and ahd to chop away abit under the bumper from 1st screw back about 50mm and rescrew at a ne position.
With lowering it i will need to flare them for sure,i will not get away with the clearances.

have you thought about going with a skinnier tire? say a 265/35?

I have thought about it, but here in New zealand they are pretty common, i would like mine to stand out a bit more.

What is the offset of your wheels? I'm thinking that the reason you were rubbing was because the OEM springs are very soft - depending how aggressive you drive in certain corners, you'll rub pretty hard. If you change up your suspension you will have a stiffer ride which may eliminate a good amount of that even tho it'll be lower. You'll also have more negative camber which will allow the wheel to tuck under the fender more.

From memory i think they are 35 offset, tried a number of tyres, all except 265's as they didnt have any in stock when i got my wheels.

19x9 +35 w/275/35/19 tires?
If those are the specs then i'm pretty convinced that it's probably because of the OEM's spring rate.
There are forum members with 19x10 +42(and lower) w/275's and they only have a roll and some camber.
I'm pretty confident that the neg camber you'll have once you lower should save you from flaring your fenders.
+35 isn't very aggressive for a 9" wide wheel. You should be ok even with 275's...that is unless you have a really tall sidewall tire...
